NDIS Capacity Building Supports
Skills for Independence NDIS Capacity Building Supports
Capacity Building Supports are designed to help participants develop the skills, confidence, and independence needed to achieve meaningful and long-term life goals. These supports focus on personal growth, informed decision-making, and building the capacity to participate more fully in everyday life, relationships, education, employment, and the community.
At Orient Support & Care Services (OSCS), our Capacity Building Supports are grounded in person-centred, culturally responsive, and ethical practice. We work in partnership with participants, families, and other providers to ensure supports are practical, empowering, and aligned with individual goals and aspirations.
Our approach focuses not only on accessing supports, but on helping participants build the knowledge, skills, and confidence needed to manage their supports more independently over time.
